Our Annual Service Agreement

At Whitleys Heating and Air, we offer an Annual Service Agreement that covers all the essential preventative maintenance your HVAC system needs throughout the year. Commercial clients should call for complete details.

Maintenance Agreement: $239 per year
Additional Units: About $165 for each additional unit

Benefits

  • Two (2) Preventative Maintenance checks per year, including:
    • Check operating pressures
    • Check temperature rise across condenser coil
    • Check temperature drop across evaporator coil
    • Check compressor amperage
    • Check refrigerant levels (1 lb free)
    • Check condition of filters/clean if possible
    • Check operation of controls
    • Adjust tension on all belts (if applicable)
    • Lubricate all required parts
    • Flush condensate line
    • Inspect and tighten electrical connections
    • Surface clean condenser/evaporator coil
    • Check thermostat operations
    • Check change-over valve operation
    • Check auxiliary heat operation
    • Check contactor/capacitor for wear
  • No diagnostic charge for any services provided during the agreement duration
  • 15% discount on parts
  • Discounted labor rate of $90 per hour
  • Priority service over non-contract customers
  • Up to 1 lb of refrigerant at no charge
  • Filters are not included but can be provided at an extra charge

Exclusions

This contract does not cover circuit breakers or electrical wiring external to the condenser and/or air handler; ductwork or problems resulting from deficiencies with ductwork.
